Talofa lava, My name is May. I am a Tama’ita’I Samoa from the villages of Leusoali’I Luatuanu’u, Tuana’I, Saleaula and Papa Sataua. I currently work at the Ministry of Education as Assistant Advisor Inclusion specialising in Early in Careers and Diversity & Inclusion. I started my journey at the Ministry of Education as a Summer Intern in 2019-2020 and so blessed to still be here today. Fa’afetai lava.

My name is Kiriana Wairau-Hunter. I am 22 years old. I have graduated with a diploma in civil engineering in 2019 at WelTec, Petone. I am a hockey player and part of the vantage black sticks development squad.
I am in my second year as a graduate engineer at Fulton Hogan. I am currently working as a paving site engineer on the Transmission Gully Project.
I am a proud Māori women whose hard work has created opportunities and achievements for my future. I want to lead by example and show our Māori and Pasifika community that there are a wide range of opportunities.

Eteroa hails from the beautiful islands of Samoa. Born and bred in the place of Champions "Cannons Creek, Porirua". She has done work with helping Maori and Pasifika in technology while progressing though her career as a Software Engineer in the last 2 year to where she is now working as a Developer Evangelist for Xero.
