Our Software team are looking for a savvy, innovative, motivated graduate who can enhance our culture and bring an array of fresh ideas to 2degrees.

The Digital Capability team in essence is the software capability team here at 2degrees.  Our internal software development team has a vast variety of skills ranging from writing backend APIs, services and applications to building customer centric touchpoints like our websites, product signup, mobile apps and self-service portals across the Consumer, Business and Wholesale segments.  The team works in a wide variety of technologies - .NET, SQL, Angular.JS, Vue.JS, Flutter, React to name a few, and has some niche skills in cloud platforms like Salesforce and Service Now. The team also has Robotic Process Automation capabilities to unleash automation across the stacks and environments and is now venturing in AI to really supercharge our customer intimacy ambitions.  The team comprises of a QA and Test automation capability as well which ensure all software deployed is of the required quality and ensures our customers have a great experience interacting with any 2degrees applications.

• Take part in an 18-month programme with 3 rotations designed to grow you into a Software expert.
• Add huge value across 2degrees by participating in cross-functional project work.
• Learn a thing or two from us... we hope to learn a thing or two from you while we're at it.
• Assist with identifying opportunities or methods to improve performance, culture and business processes.
