Your role

Are you an experienced Health & Safety Administrator seeking the next step in your career journey? Or perhaps you're a fresh graduate eager to dive into the world of Safety and Wellbeing? Either way, they have the perfect opportunity for you! Based in Auckland, with potential consideration for Christchurch if you're the right fit. 

As part of their dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the workforce. They can offer you a unique opportunity to encounter a wide variety of operational risks within the business - a level of exposure that's hard to come by elsewhere.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Be the expert and go-to person for their electronic Safety & Wellbeing systems
  • Dive deep into data to identify priorities and produce comprehensive monthly end reports on Safety and Wellbeing performance
  • Be the key contact for queries and provide valuable insights derived from data analysis
  • Oversee and coordinate contractor management including health and safety requirements for contractors and ensuring compliance with their standards and regulations
  • Provide Administrative support for the Safety & Wellbeing Team ensuring smooth operations
  • Keep the Safety & Wellbeing sharepoint sites updated, and regularly update H&S manuals, forms and other relevant documentation.
