We all know that work/life balance and interpersonal relationships are really important; so why not start your career at a firm that’s big enough to offer varied and interesting work, but small enough that you’re more than just a number?

Baker Tilly Staples Rodway is an Accounting, Tax, Audit, Corporate and Business Advisory firm, with offices in Auckland, Waikato, Tauranga, Taranaki, Hawke’s Bay, Wellington and Christchurch. As part of the Baker Tilly International Network (which includes firms in more than 145 territories) we provide training of an international standard, as well as secondment opportunities.

We have been around for over 70 years and strike a great balance between being big enough to give you interesting client work and the opportunity to learn from the best; and being small enough that you are more than just a number.

We help your professional development by providing regular training, mentoring, study leave and support, your CAANZ or CPA fees paid and the opportunity to fast-track your career.

Work-life balance is important to us and at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway you will be able to balance working hard with having a life outside of the office to pursue your passions.

We want new graduates who have a degree in accounting or otherwise meet the entry requirements to access CA ANZ’s Chartered Accountant Programme. If you are someone who ticks those boxes and will work as part of the team, is a life-long learner, friendly, ambitious, passionate and motivated, then apply today.

Application Process:
