Pros and cons of working at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway

Pros

  • Flexible working arrangements and the firm is excellent at making me feel welcome with multiple social activities and lunches.

  • The people in the office are amazing from other graduates to directors, this culture is so welcoming for a first job and allows me to enjoy every day.

  • Good learning opportunities and great work. Friendly and helpful staff.

  • The allowance for independence and providing work and training in areas you're interested in.

  • The great opportunities to learn and work on a wide range of clients.

Cons

    • Deadlines can sometimes mean that you work late.

    • Getting used to sitting at a desk and missing out on daylight.

    • Sometimes there can be very high standards.

    • Nothing really, would be the base remuneration if I had to pick something.

    • The lack of other grads.
