Why Baker Tilly?
We prioritise finding a work-life balance and being part of an inclusive team culture.
What sets us apart from traditional CA firms is that we encourage our people to play to their strengths - recognising that everyone brings something unique to the table and offering a range of different pathways for people to succeed. We offer a great company and team culture where knowledge is freely shared and there is room for everyone at the top. We invest a lot in the development of our people, at all levels, and give you the opportunity to start building relationships with clients from day one.
As a part of the International Baker Tilly network – there are opportunities for overseas secondments through our global team. Or, if you want to try something different without going the distance, we offer secondments into local businesses.
The opportunity
As a recent graduate, you will know the importance of working with a team that are dedicated to building and developing your skillset. As a mid-tier Business Advisory firm we can offer all of that plus more! You’ll be joining a team full of like-minded individuals, and many of those will be either starting their career journeys at the same time or be at a similar career and life stage!
The first few years are all about learning the ropes, you get exposure to a range of clients and all of the different industries including Farming, commercial, trusts, portfolios and investments, and Accounting software. From there, we offer a variety of career pathways so you can decide what to specialise in and take ownership of your career.
About you
We would love to hear from you if you are highly motivated, have strong attention to detail and are a team player with great communication skills. If the CA program is on your to do list and you’re excited to learn about applying accounting or audit across different clients and industries, this is the perfect opportunity!
We are open to considering candidates who have studied a broader Business degree and have an interest in accounting, or if you studied accounting in High School.
