A very social company and has a family-like environment. Embraced diversity, hence workers are mostly immigrants. Hierarchy exists but generally people are friendly and approachable including the Partners and Directors.

Teamwork is everything in audit department, so communication is happening everywhere. No above or below, right or left, everyone is treated equally. Very international team so it's great to meet someone from all over the world!

lots of socializing, it's hard to be alone. outside the office we will have drinks play different sports through out the year etc. structure and hierarchy are present and clearly defined but it's never held over you.
