A 6-week summer internship (November – December 2022) will enable you to put your academic skills to the test in the real world and to decide whether financial markets is the career for you. 

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

• Are you keen to be part of a dynamic team environment that fosters learning and collaboration?
• Are you soon to complete your studies – either in your final or penultimate year?
• Do you want to gain professional experience, build networks and get a great idea about whether a career in financial markets is right for you?

As a financial markets intern, you will get exposure to a wide range of market disciplines across our Wellington and Auckland offices. From money market and foreign exchange trading to client relationship management and research you will get to work with a team of people who will support, coach and inspire you to reach your potential. 

A 6-week summer internship with BNZ Markets (November – December 2022) is a chance to discover more about yourself, about BNZ, and the great careers available within financial markets and may lead to a permanent graduate role.

We don’t mind what you are studying as long as you’re curious, open-minded and keen to learn! 

You will be someone who always brings your A-game, who can think from a range of perspectives, and who asks lots of questions.
