A 6-week summer internship (November 2023 - December 2023) will enable you to put your academic skills to the test in the real-world, and to decide whether Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking (C&IB) or Property Finance is the career for you!

What's the most exciting thing about this opportunity?
As an Intern, you will get exposure to a wide range of corporate and institutional banking disciplines at our Auckland office. From client relationship management and research to banking systems and processes - you will get to work with a team of people who will support, coach, and inspire you to reach your potential.
A 6-week summer internship is a chance to discover more about yourself, what it's like to work at BNZ, the great careers available within Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking or Property Finance and may lead to a permanent Graduate role.

Maintaining and analyzing mainframe code
At the moment I provide support on a commercial set alongside the partner and SA. My responsibilities include: - Writing Credit - answering customer requests - Managing the portfolios risk profile.
Just started a new role so not fully across this. Quite admin heavy, I would prefer to be doing more analysis work but I understand this is a stepping stone.
