Mō te Tūranga | About the Role 

Digital Product Designers at BNZ are a dedicated crew that have a passion for translating financial products to accessible, beautiful and simple digital experiences that people understand and love to use. You'll get experience in our Tech design team and assist any one of our technology domains with their design needs. You'll rotate across domains like:

  • Online Channels
  • Lending
  • Customer Onboarding
  • Assisted Channels

In this role, there is an expectation you will be curious to grow and have an aptitude for learning.  You'll have a passion for Technology and inspire colleagues to try new things, support other graduates by sharing of information and leveraging best practice.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • An analytical approach to their work and a love for exploring problems to come up with great solutions - challenging the status quo to improve systems, processes and our customer experience.
  • A genuine passion for technology and how it can help our customers.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to relate well to others.
  • Resilience and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

You must also be:

  • A NZ/ AUS resident, citizen or have a valid work visa.
  • Available to start a full-time role in February 2023.

At the moment I provide support on a commercial set alongside the partner and SA. My responsibilities include: - Writing Credit - answering customer requests - Managing the portfolios risk profile.
