Management at Bank of New Zealand

Immediate managers are excellent. They have great communication, are wonderful mentors and are super helpful in all areas of work. At the levels above, the communication could be improved but I am aware of the stress, pressure, and time consumption of those jobs.

Managers make themselves accessible and are easily approached. Performance feedback is useful.

Both bosses I've had have been great at catching up and approachable.

Managers within my hemisphere are all mostly great in all respects. The higher up they go, however, the more pointless and self-flatulating they seem to get. I feel that they talk a lot while saying very little. Though I recognise that as a graduate, not everything will orient around me or my work.
