No big hierarchy, everyone is friendly and supportive all the time. Outside of work there are fun events and social gatherings.

Flat structure. Business day to day running on different teams to solve specific matters. We have a social club which cognizes different events at the office (baking competition, BBQ luck etc) and outside the office (wine tasting, puzzle rooms, bowling, golf competition etc)

I think the team culture is pretty good and supportive especially my team. I think at social events outside of work it changes a lot. For the most part people are pretty friendly both at work and after hours.

The culture at BDO is great, as there are lots of different social activities that you can participate in throughout the year. There are also lots of opportunities to learn, along with the help of other colleagues when you need some extra help.

The social aspect is excellent and is one of the reasons I love working here. It depends on the manager you are assigned to work for as to the attitude around overtime etc for each job.

I think that the company culture at BDO is really good, there is a nice rapport amongst colleagues within different teams. I have enjoyed getting to know other people from different service lines in the office, which was through someone I made friends with in my area (she already knew a lot of people which made it easy for me to meet new people). Within my team, I feel I can easily approach other team members for help. While there is hierarchy in the different positions, everyone seems approachable. I do have a great team though and am unsure of what it is like in other teams.

Everyone in the office is easy to work with, easy to make friends and always afterwork events on. Always easy to approach people higher as they leave doors open and always offer help.

The company culture is great at BDO Auckland. People generally want to be at work and working hard. Most people are happy to help. In terms of hierarchy there is one like any firm as expected. However, most managers and partners are available and happy to help.
