We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an appetite for financial and operational planning and analysis, and an interest in using the latest Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) cloud technologies to join our Finance & Performance (F&P) Consulting team as a graduate/ analyst.

Deloitte’s ‘Finance & Performance (F&P)’ practice works as a trusted advisor to senior executives. We help our clients to deliver their strategy, make better decisions and drive business performance and outcomes whilst lifting the role and performance of the finance function.
What will you get to do?
As a team member of F&P you will help clients to digitise and transform planning capabilities by designing and implementing effective planning solutions using the latest digital planning solutions. We will provide training in the one or more solutions to support you build your experience.
As a member of the project team you will participate in client interviews, workshops, and training sessions, develop client deliverables and present recommendations to client stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will be to:

The work can be tough and mundane as that is just the nature of the job. It has been hard as the interview process did not feel completely honest about what the day-to-day of the job actually entailed. Further, we are expected to do a lot of study outside of work for the first 5 months as part of a compulsory diploma all first year graduates have to do.
Organisational structure can be cumbersome/confusing.
Tight deadlines or turnaround... make it hard to plan out workflow sometimes.
A healthy work-life balance can sometimes not be encouraged by all.
