Downer has internal groups to support diversity. The Diversity and Inclusion groups also coming. There are pockets of support for these groups, you just have to find them.

From my desk where I am currently sitting I can see a very diverse group of people, all working together to complete various tasks. I definitely think diversity is encouraged and present within the company.

Got groups within DNZ such as the woman in engineering group which show commitment and often do Maori leadership courses and training
