Very good pay, no comments on bonuses.
Graduate, Wellington - 08 Feb 2024
My pay could be better but I am very appreciative of my pay for someone who has no experience and is entering the industry as a graduate - it is way better than what others are getting. I have not been presented the opportunity of receiving a bonus so I have no thoughts at this but I think it's a huge motivation for everyone.

Satisfactory so far, but unsure of how good pay rises and bonuses are. Some people have expressed dissatisfaction in this regard, but I haven't yet got the experience to say whether I would agree or not.

Depending which area you work in, the perks are different. Friday drinks and the odd shared morning tea/lunch are the only perks I have experienced.

Discounts on health insurance. Lots of office events including monthly themed drinks.

This would probably be the free parking (after hours of work) provided to DXC employees in the CBD which is hard to come by.
