What you’ll be doing:

As an FMA Graduate for Regulatory Delivery you will have exposure to a wide variety of frontline and operational teams. The Regulatory Delivery group directs, plans, and delivers the core regulatory functions across licensing and supervision, assessing and influencing firms to enable the FMA’s strategic objectives. Teams you may have exposure to are:

Licensing & Regulatory Services:

Responsible for the licensing of all classes of firms from the approach, receipt, assessment and issuing or declining of licenses, including renewals, variations and complaints.

Markets Investors & Reporting:

Responsible for the delivery of core regulatory activities with a wholesale markets, investor and reporting focus. This includes institutional markets, markets infrastructure, issuers, auditors, investment management, crowdfunding, derivative issuers and frontline regulators. 

Deposit Taking, Insurance and Advice:

Responsible for proactive and strategic delivery of core regulatory activities with a deposit taking, insurance and financial advice focus.

You'll have inspiring and diverse opportunities through our rotational 18-month programme, where you will have 1-2 rotations throughout this time. ​After you've completed your 18-month Graduate programme we will work with you on finding your permanent home in the organisation.

  • An attractive starting salary of $63,500 with annual performance reviews that could see you reach $70,000 in your fist 12 months.
  • 4 weeks annual leave, plus up to 5 extra paid leave days over the Christmas period

  • Flexible working with the ability to work up to 2 days from home once competent in role
