Salary at Holland Beckett

I think that I am paid very well compared to other law graduates at my stage. If we exceed targets there are also opportunities for bonuses.

I do not know much about the bonuses; I am aware of the recruitment fee. In relation to pay I would say it is standard for the industry.

We receive a wellness benefit each year which we can use on anything that contributes to our wellness, we get a day off for our birthday, extra leave for graduation and admission ceremonies, free dinners if we stay at work later (which is usually not necessary), paid learning opportunities outside of the firm, free membership of work sport teams, bonus to join clubs/ teams where there are opportunities for solicitors to market themselves

The best perks are the social events, and the graduate program perks, such as my phone etc.

We got a clothing allowance to buy new clothes. We also get loads of perks - lunches, coffees, drinks after work - they will buy us tickets to networking events or conferences. Very relaxed about leave too and give you leave days for things like graduation or admission.
