Training & Personal Development at Holland Beckett

The company provides seminars weekly, presented by practitioners in the firm. These are really insightful. Holland Beckett is also really supportive of people going to conferences/ taking up learning opportunities outside of the firm. You also learn a lot on the job and senior staff are very patient with more junior staff who are learning.

The IDM training was useful, however, at times it would be helpful to have further feedback

There are lots of webinars you can sign up for and the video training is really easy when you start. You can ask lots of questions and everyone wants to help and make you better.
