How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
My own manager is a very busy individual, however other managers in the workplace have taken me under their wing and bought into projects when my workload is light.

Although I have one manager it feels like I have 3 so if I ever have a question or problem, I can talk to whoever which is very encouraging. I feel like I have good mentors as they always encourage me to do stuff that will enhance my chances of getting a good position. In terms of communication, we have weekly catch ups and is not shy about telling me on things I need to work on.

We have very approachable managers at all levels. I think due to the nature of the job sometimes being really fast paced, there is a limit to what feedback you get during those times. However, I have often still been recognised and praised. I perhaps would like to know specific areas I can improve on, but this can also be hard when a lot of the work is collaborative and your manager may not specifically be aware of which part is your work.

My manager is accessible in the open plan office and through teams and email. He is willing to help me with any work or questions. I get regular feedback on my work from him. There is also a buddy system, with a more senior advisor in the same team who is here to help with any questions. I also have a mentor from another team.

They are available and welcoming up listening to us and facilitating our learning and working. they are supportive. they provide support and encouragement to us. they gave a praise for the good work we provide.

My team is always available if I have any concerns or problems. Informal meetings were carried out to check on us. Help and support are provided for future career with the organisation.

I have struggled to have a good relationship with my manager. I havent felt very supported and feel the catch up's are just for 'tick box' purposes. It doesn't come across very personable or helpful. I have been assigned a buddy which has been hugely beneficial, and she has taken it upon herself to orientate me into the workplace. She also made sure I had good support and got to know what else goes on at IR, which is exciting to experience as an intern. Without that support I would've had a very different experience at IR.
