IRD exerts more efforts to encourage other business to be more sustainable and provide them with suitable support.

There has been efforts and results towards reducing car use, thinking about how much waste we produce.

There are good waste initiatives. A good recycling system.

Recyling bins are available.

I am involved in the environmental sustainability and waste minimisation initiatives in IR

I think all employees should bring their own coffee cup and lunch boxes. Imagine how many people buying coffee everyday times a year we could have saved many many bioplastic coffee cups (yes bio plastic is not eco friendly after all, they just behave like plastic because they cannot decompose naturally when thrown away

It's not really something I recall discussing, people just take care of it themselves.
