KPMG’s Deal Advisory team support clients with high-value strategic and financial decisions, typically in the context of M&A or large-scale capital investment. We bring financial analysis, commercial acumen and market insights to deliver sound investments and fuel New Zealand’s prosperity.

Your Day-to-Day | Ngā mahi o ia rā:

  • Deliver quantitative analyses, interpret complex models, and communicate findings effectively to clients.
  • Contribute proactively to project development and initiatives, improving analytical work methods and managing risk.
  • Organize meetings, engagement interviews, and professional events in collaboration with client staff.
  • Gain insight into Advisory services through a variety of reviews and provide administrative support to Engagement Managers.
  • Contribute to business development by understanding client businesses, developing sales responses, and building relationships.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, providing communication, training, and support to team members while ensuring quality standards and compliance with KPMG methodologies.
