Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Collaborates with the India MCAPS finance team on business finance, statutory and tax controllership, and compliance projects.
• Tracks spending across projects and prepares compliance reports.
• Conducts due diligence reviews and automates reports or builds dashboards.
• Creates internal tools or databases and liaises with the AP team and other stakeholders.
• Serves as the first point of contact for queries related to coordination, expenses, and compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
• Supports documentation, policy adherence, and financial data sharing.
• Engages with team members and participates in team events.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:  

• Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting, including GAAP and local regulations.
• Understanding of internal control processes and the ability to recommend improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage detailed information accurately.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Completion of CA Intermediate with at least 12 months of articleship remaining.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite is preferred.
