About our graduate roles
Our property consultancy team are a talented bunch. We have strong technical knowledge and property experience and are happy to share this expertise and passion with our developing property consultants. By joining our property team, you will contribute to important projects that impact all New Zealanders such as infrastructure, transport, housing, and education. Our graduates get involved in a range of work including (but not limited to) liaising with clients, collaborating with our team on property projects, researching property data and delivering property strategies for private, local government and central government clients.

Eligibility and locations
To be eligible to apply, you will be a current or recent graduate (within the past two years). You will have an undergraduate or post-graduate qualification in property, or another relevant discipline such as business or commerce with a major or minor in property. We have opportunities in our property consultancy teams in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier, Palmerston North, Wellington, Nelson, and Christchurch, starting in January 2026.
