As Junior Digital Designer, you’ll help bring brands, retailers and categories to life and inspire users to explore what our marketplace has to offer through a journey of discovery!
Collaborate with the marketing, trade and development teams to ensure content covers customer pain points, our focus brands, and retailers across TheMarket’s expansive categories which include: food, beverage, fashion, kids, living, beauty, toys, electronics, sports, entertainment, stationery, DIY and more.
Key Areas of Responsibilities :
This role works at the heart of our busy design team, offering excellent exposure to hone your design skills. Your strong attention to detail and design skills will see you working at a pace to help deliver to tight deadlines, and your can-do attitude and team approach will see you thrive in our collaborative environment.

Forecasting sales, setting budgets. Loading promotions.
Creation of jobs, screening, shadowing lots of different areas such as phone screening, engaging in a wide array of meetings, solving queries from store managers. Editing job advertisements, working on a self-mangaged project.
My daily tasks involved basic admin work. Once the admin tasks were completed each morning my day to day responsibility's would change depending on what project I was working on. It focused most on sustainably & improving customer experience.

For future roles, it will be great with the job experience, but I believe there won't be much development in my role as after the internship is done there isn't room for us to be employees.
