Graduate Programme (Feb 2025)

Westpac New Zealand is excited to announce applications for our 2025 Graduate Programme are now open. Our Graduate programme will give you an experience like no other. We are offering a permanent, full-time graduate position starting 10th February 2025 in a tailored programme that has been designed with future leaders in mind. As a Westpac Graduate, you'll work with industry leaders and innovators in a collaborative environment, to come up with the most innovative products, experiences, and solutions. Elevate your knowledge, capabilities, and skills across all facets of our programme.

What can you expect to get from this programme? 

A programme designed to provide you with lots of opportunities for learning and development that will optimise your role performance and career progression. Business champions, leaders and mentors will support you during the programme to help you be your best. 

Who is eligible to apply? 

✔ We welcome candidates who have recently completed a university degree or are currently in their final year of study towards a university degree. 

✔ You must be either a New Zealand or Australian citizen or a New Zealand Permanent Resident (this includes candidates who can provide evidence that they are on the path to becoming a New Zealand permanent resident without requiring employer sponsorship).
