The Graduate Opportunity

Our Graduate roles start off as permanent full-time positions, with promotions typically earned after 12 months employment. 

Our Auditors are often out at clients’ premises conducting external audits of their organisation. An audit can provide assurance to a financial report for the stakeholders involved. Audit can also include risk management whereby programs are integrated into a business’ operational processes to improve overall performance. A successful Auditor is at the forefront of legislative, compliance and financial reporting requirements and plays an integral role in the future success of our clients' business.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• The mindset to treat each day as a learning opportunity.
• A passion for client service and relationship building.
• A willingness to have a go and give it your best.
• Be completing your final year of university studies, majoring in Accounting or a similar discipline

What happens next?

1. Apply: Fill out the online application, attaching a cover letter, your resume and your academic transcript.
2. Online testing and video interview: You will be invited to answer a range of questions and complete activities through our gamification suite. We recommend you set aside 1hr of your time to complete the test and ensure your environment is free from distractions. You will also be asked 3 questions via video interviewing, so a working camera, a microphone and hi-speed internet are essential!
3. Response: Following completion of step 2, we will be in contact regarding the process moving forward.
