The two-year Graduate Development Program provides a structured approach to continued professional development through core competencies, leadership project management courses, and professional registration. At the end of it, you’ll have the knowledge and experience to meet the demands of the industry, business, customers, and projects.
Applications are currently open for the Worley Graduate Program starting in February 2025. The program is inviting applications from undergraduate students who are in their final year of tertiary studies in engineering (electrical) and are interested in pursuing a Graduate Electrical Engineer position at either the New Plymouth or Auckland office of Worley.
