Worley are always working towards better diversity. There are campaigns for it and HR work hard to make sure everyone is happy and included.

We have a lot of women in our company with several of our senior leaders including the location CEO being women. However, I am one of the few Maori in the company.

Worley provides scholarships to students who study engineering from locations in NZ that do not have a university in that region.
