Bonuses with finders fees are great. Networking helps bring in talent which you are then rewarded for by cutting costs for the company.

Although to start with, the pay was solidly in the middle for average graduate engineer pay, we have 6 monthly pay reviews depending on performance and if you perform well and have a good attitude you will be rewarded.

We have a graduate development program which has social events every 1-2 months that is usually paid for or subsidised. Lots of cool events including a Ball, BBQs or a weekend away to Wellington (fully paid for)
