As a Graduate Auditor, Each day is different with many engagements, working alongside assisting seniors, admin works. So, none of the days are the same.
process jobs, complete tasks in my task x. Help out my peers with their responsibilities by prepping jobs.
I have been told I am doing jobs that are normally above my level already. Occasionally I do GST returns or Tax returns but in general it is financial statements and working with the two permanent clients I work on.

The ability to work on different clients and specifically work in the agriculture industry when I have had no prior experience in agriculture. It's enjoyable to have the opportunity to work on multiple clients.
Friendly team, flexible working hours and flexibility to work from home, immense training for graduates and monthly feedback.
The people. I have felt so welcomed and they are always willing to offer their advice and experience.
Very accessible and easy to approach. They are great mentors and are very personable.
We have a buddy system, which I really enjoy. Makes you form a relationship that you feel comfortable enough to ask questions without being worried that they will judge you.
The pay is not competitive to other firms of a similar size, nor smaller or larger. There is no monetary incentive to stay with Findex.
Some of the employees can be difficult to work with, or unwilling to understand the time commitment needed to complete a job from a graduate versus how long it would take them.
It has been a mix of formal and informal training, the formal training at the beginning was lacklustre.
I have not been told about any bonuses available to us, however, when we are in our busy season we can choose to work extra hours not for pay, but to be accumulated as leave to use.
There is a significant 'clique' within the lower levels that makes it hard to work with these team members and creates a more frosty environment.
