Corporate Social Responsibility at Findex New Zealand

Helping out with charities. I went to the launch of "Orange Sky" charity that Findex has made contributions towards.

I have not worked on any personally however there is a focus on it on the large scale/HR side rather than by office.

Some Ethics training provided.

Good- give opportunity for staff to donate to charities directly through their pay

They have very good ethics, and very good conducts.

Community fund

the Findex Community Fund which has funded 1.1 million dollars to create equal access of opportunity to education, health and entrepreneurship since 2018 across NZ and Australia Also has the community giving programme

There is Findex Community Fund, and you can apply to the fund for different sort of grants. In the last year there has definitely been money given to the Nelson region, and there was $3000 donated to a Relay for Life initiative which we also had a team enter in to compete.

Not too sure about the initiatives, haven't seen many. We are paperless. I think our company could do more in terms of mental health initiatives.

Seem to be involved in the community a lot. Haven;t personally been involved in anything

Findex has the Findex giving fund which gives a dollar for every dollar that an employee donates to a charity and there are alot of charities on there

So many charitable events, fun runs, donations, etc. which would entice a good CSR from the firm. I personally have not been involved in any so far, but have seen this from afar.

Community Fund, local community fundraising

We are paperless and have a charity fund associated with the firm. We have the option to donate and the firm will match the donation.

Have can drives and work in social areas to help the less priviledged
