we have social club, so is easy to make friends and socialise outside of work. Most of us have morning tea together every day so it's nice to build connections with everyone in the office then.

My location is unique in that there are two offices that often merge together. The culture of one office is great, the coworkers are understanding and helpful, aiding in my training and knowledge. There are enjoyable after hours meetings and the managers and partners are knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge. In the other office the managers and above are also great, however there is a significant 'clique' within the lower levels that make it hard to work with these team members and creates a more frosty environment.

Everyone is approachable and work after work social events are something to look forward to.

Frequent team meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page. Team social activities regularly. Everyone gets along well.

Socialising is pushed highly among our team with many opportunities for social events

During working we have music on Friday afternoons to keep us pumped and energized which each pod takes turns at choosing the music. We have Friday after work drinks which I am in charge off keeping full so that happens at 5pm on a Friday. We also have a partner shout which happens once a month where everyone in the office finishes work at 4pm on a Friday and we have pizza and a drink which brings everyone together in all areas at work so we can socialise together.

Feels like there is no bias hierarchy, everyone is friendly, we all socialize and create a safe space for everyone.

Awesome supportive environment. Small town offices don't quite have the same young vibe as the bigger ones but still really cool

If I can honestly say I hang out a fair few of my coworkers regularly outside of work, it's a testament to the people who work here being pretty awesome.

Good social club

Great socialising amoungst collegues and cooperation and teamwork is very evident with sharing of work as well as help received. Structure could be improved to be more seamless rather than levels higher up

Our team gets on really well and I enjoy working with them. I feel comfortable going to my managers or partner if I have any questions. I am making friends in other departments also.

Everyone is really friendly and easy to get along with. The partners and managers are approachable and always happy to help

There is a friendly culture within the office. Friday drinks is always sociable. There is not a lot of acknowledgment of effort put in and too much focus on simply staying above billable hours and below budget on a job.

Our team is made up of a variety of levels from graduate to partners. All members of the team collaborate during work hours, after hours we have a social club and often have other work functions as well
