Very accessible and easy to approach. They are great mentors and are very personable. We have monthly catch ups to ensure everything is running smoothly, but I sit in her pod so can reach out whenever I need.

All bar two are very accessible and helpful. They make great mentors who are willing to share their knowledge. Internal communication is easy with them as they will communicate any issues or any things to be done, praise seems to only come when something is done to an exceedingly high standard.

They're all pretty easy to approach and happy to help out when they can.

There's a good system in place to gauge how you are going, you'll meet with your manager regularly as a grad, and still fairly frequently as you move out of a graduate role into an accountant role (if you're working in BAS). You set goals as part of this. Managers are pretty good, partners are good people you can have a beer with but don't always have a lot of control over the work/or salary.

Managers are accessible as they all sit in the same room as us. Performance feedback, praise and recognition is rarely given apart from sometimes in 2 month catch up.

I feel comfortable enough to go to my manager with any queries I have. She is always asking how I am going and at the xchanges we have good discussions around how I am feeling with work etc

Most managers are competent and provide a good understanding of auditing concepts. They ask good questions and are often available for questioning or help in times of need.
