we have tried to use less paper, and be computer based.

Pushing digital records instead of paper ones

There is not much about it pushed within each office and no actionable, trackable changes are easy to locate.

Sustainability team made available for staff to join- taken a while for any follow up to this though

We recycle paper and plastics, but other than that; Not much awareness created around sustainability. Also would be good to run a workshop around this to keep us better informed and more aware.

Lot of plants in the office.

Haven't seen great progress here.

It could be better, we should think about a composting solution. Recycling is good but that's too be expected.

I wouldn't say that Findex isn't not proactive in this area. Just have not seen something that would imply they are going out of their way.
